Somehow this got left off the Answers file, so here it is.

Masses added: 100 uL is 0.1 mL, so 0.1 mL of 1000 mg/L is 0.1 mg. The others are then 0.2 and 0.4 mg.

Slope of graph is 77503.

Mass of analyte in analysed portion is 15860 รท 77503 = 0.205 mg.

0.205 mg is in 50 mL of diluted solution, from a total of 1000 mL => a total of 0.205 * 1000/50 = 4.093 mg.

4.093 mg is in 10 mL of actual sample, so 4.093 * (1000/10) = 409.3 mg/L.
